Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AGK Leads (agkleads.online).

Wallet credits

• Wallet credits are prepaid and are consumed as you generate artwork and use platform services.
• Credits already consumed for generated artwork or delivered services are non-refundable.
• Unused wallet balance may be refunded on written request within 7 days of the recharge, less any payment-gateway charges.

Subscriptions

• Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged due to a technical error, a failed transaction, or a duplicate payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@agkleads.online with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
